Returns & Exchanges

 

• We want you to love your new accessories. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the return process simple:
  
• Policy Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return.
  
• Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.
  
• Faulty Items: If a product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it for you free of charge (we cover all shipping costs).
  
• Change of Mind: If you wish to exchange or return for other reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
• 6-month rust protection warranty
